What a day for St. Cronans athletes who competed in the Munster Uneven age championships in Twomileborris last Sunday.
The rain thankfully stayed away but the competition was intense with almost 1500 athletes entered across the age groups.
The club once again had a fantastic day and huge credit must go to the trainers, parents and athletes on preparing so well for the day. Only through proper preparation - nutrition, sleep, rest and training regularly and hard is it possible to win so many medals. The club took home

Bronze ๐ฅin the girls U11
๐๐๐ We had two outright winners Riain U11 and Jonah U13 and Sean and Daithi also finished on the podium.๐๐๐
Quite a number of our athletes were also on the County teams that won medals๐ฅ
A fantastic effort by all the athletes on the day. They were a credit to the club. It is onwards now to the All-Ireland in Navan on 3 December for many of these athletes from U11 up. Teams will be selected based on the qualification criteria outlined by the club secretary prior to the races.
