Our relay athletes took to the fields of St. Flannans this weekend for the final Cross Country (XC) event of the year - the Munster Juvenile XC 4x500m Relays. This is an event that requires a combination of sprint speed, endurance and the ability to run over uneven ground. We entered a number of different types of teams; some experienced, some new to relays and some that were a year young for their age groups but that have fantastic potential and were building up their experience of this event.

Against the very best of Munster we came away with

Gold for our U10 boys

Silver for our U10 girls

Gold for our U12 boys

Bronze for our U14 boys
