We had lots of athletes last night very interested in how to improve their sprinting technique. These are some of the steps that we have been working on with them to help them build sprint speed. Please can you show them the videos below when you have a chance as we will be continuing to work on technique over the coming weeks. These videos show both block and crouch starts. Athletes should look, in particular, at the 1st two steps - how the feet move and touch the ground and how the arms should be working.
